The following sets forth the policies for the collection and use of personally identifiable information (“Information”) by Ball, LLC. (“Ball, LLC.”) in connection with its operation of the Web site located at www.onlinesupplier.com, www.onlinesuppliersignup.com, and www.auctionincomeonline.com (the “Site”), and supersedes any previous statement of such policies.  Ball, LLC. takes its obligations regarding privacy very seriously, and it wants to ensure users are fully informed about the Information they are providing to it.

Your California Privacy Rights.
Beginning on January 1, 2005, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits customers of Ball, LLC. who are California residents to request certain information regarding Ball, LLC.’s disclosure of personal information to third parties for such third parties’ direct marketing purposes. Collection of Information.
In connection with the Site, Ball, LLC. may collect Information in the following ways:

No Collection of Information from Children.
The Site is not intended for users under the age of 18, nor does Ball, LLC. knowingly collect or retain Information in connection with the Site from children under the age of 13.

Use of Information.
Ball, LLC. may use Information collected in connection with the Site in the following ways:

• To provide requested information, products and services to users via the Site or through other online or offline channels
• To enable users to enter prize promotions and receive prizes from Ball, LLC. and/or third parties
• To improve the user experience with the Site
• In connection with the operation of the Site and Ball, LLC.’s internal business
• For users to obtain information and offers for products and services offered by Ball, LLC. as well as selected third parties.

In order to do the foregoing, Ball, LLC. may provide the Information to trusted third parties, including but not limited to third party contractors providing services to Ball, LLC. such as the operation of the Site, communication services and fulfillment of orders, credit card verification and payment services (including but not limited to those offered by Whitehat), and to other online and offline marketers in connection with offers provided to users by Ball, LLC. and/or such other marketers.  Ball, LLC. will use commercially reasonable efforts to limit use of the Information by such third parties to the specific uses set forth above.  Ball, LLC. also utilizes electronic and physical security to reduce the risk of improper access to or manipulation of Information during transmission and storage, but cannot guarantee the security or integrity of the Information and shall have no liability for breaches of security or integrity or third-party interception in transit.
Ball, LLC. may also disclose Information when it determines it is necessary to comply with applicable laws or regulations or protect the interests or safety of Ball, LLC., its customers, or other visitors to the Site.

Wireless Policy.
Pursuant to the above, Ball, LLC. may use Information to provide the services requested by a user, including utilizing a provided cell phone number for voice communication with the user and services that display customized content and advertising via SMS messages sent to such provided cell phone number. In addition to any fee of which a user is notified, the user’s provider's standard messaging rates apply to Ball, LLC.’s confirmation and all subsequent SMS correspondence. A user may opt-out and remove the user’s SMS information by sending "STOP", "END", "QUIT" to the SMS text message the user has received. If a user removes SMS information from Ball, LLC.’s database through this method, it will no longer be used by Ball, LLC. for secondary purposes, disclosed to third parties, or used by Ball, LLC. to send promotional correspondence to you.

All standard messaging charges are billed by and payable to the user’s mobile service provider. Ball, LLC. will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from the user’s network operator. SMS message services are provided on an AS IS basis.

Newsletter.
By submitting Information, a user agrees to receive a third party newsletter from OnlineSupplier.com as well as any other Ball, LLC. newsletters or third party offers that Ball, LLC. may choose. There is no cost to receive this newsletter(s). Should a user have any questions or concerns or if such user would like to discontinue receiving mailings from Ball, LLC., simply e-mail Ball, LLC. at abuse@onlinesupplier.com.

Opting Out from Offers from Ball, LLC..
At any time, a user may opt out from receiving future offers from Ball, LLC. by following the instructions contained within each marketing communication.  Such opting out will not apply to any communications from third parties to whom Ball, LLC. may have provided Information regarding the user.  Third parties’ use of the Information is subject to such parties’ own privacy policies, for which Ball, LLC. shall not be responsible.

Access to Information.
Registered users may access their own profiles on the Site at any time.  Upon such access, a registered user may modify and correct certain Information contained within that profile.

Ball, LLC. reserves the right to revise and update this Privacy Policy at any time.
